Guy Munnoch founded Rupert Morgan to bring focus to his passion for leadership.

His early leadership skills were gained in the military, serving with parachute and armoured forces around the world, ultimately rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel at the unusually early age of 35. Entering the Corporate world, Guy held various senior roles within Aviva and Allianz before joining Zurich Financial Services. His energetic leadership style resulted in his appointment to CEO of Zurich UK with a $4bn turnover and over 6,000 employees. His final role with Zurich was as CEO of Southern Africa, a publicly listed company, which he successfully led through a major transformation programme.

Guy now holds several Board positions both in the UK and South Africa and continues to enjoy his pursuit of anything physically extreme - he has walked to both the North and South Pole, completed several ultra marathons, sailed the Atlantic, motorcycled across the highest navigable path on earth and, in 2013, successfully summited Everest. He is a well regarded keynote speaker.
